Final stretch list ---> informational videoToday all three of us went to Severn School's turf fields to film stretching videos. On the final stretching list there are a total of 9 exercises that athletes should do after their basic warmup and dynamic warmup during a practice . They are vital exercises that will prevent ACL tears by targeting the muscles surround the knee.

Hey guys! I've been working on researching each of the stretches to see what body parts they target specifically. Now, I am working towards making an infographic that will be easy to carry on the field. I want the infographic to have pictures so that athletes can look and easily and quickly perform the stretches before practice.

Right now I have been working on researching why each of the stretches/exercises are beneficial. I am looking into what parts of the body they stretch and strengthen, and how this improves overall ACL stability. I am also researching the amount of reps for each exercise to be effective. Hi guys! Just a quick update on the stretching list. Kylie, Regan, and I have been working together on compiling the stretching list. It's still a work in progress, but we are working on finalizing it in the coming days!
